Terms of Stay

1. Reservations

Reservations are confirmed once a 30% deposit is received. The balance is due upon arrival. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

2. Minimum stay

Three nights year-round. Exceptions considered by the concierge for shoulder-season stays.

3. Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: full refund. Between 30 and 14 days: the deposit is retained. Within 14 days of arrival: the full booking amount is due.

4. Check-in & check-out

Check-in from 15:00. Check-out by 11:00. Early or late arrangements are subject to same-day availability and can be requested through the concierge.

5. House rules

• The residence is entirely non-smoking, indoors and out.
• Quiet hours from 22:00 to 09:00, out of respect for neighbours.
• Pets are not accepted.
• Events, parties and third-party filming are not permitted.
• Damages are billed at cost, at fair market rates.

6. Liability

Syra di Giovanni 1862 accepts no liability for loss, injury or damage beyond that provided by Greek and EU consumer law. Guests are responsible for their own travel and personal insurance.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Syros.
